    After selecting to have your sports glasses sent WITH prescription lenses. We now require 2 more important pieces of information.

    1. Details of the eye test results, which can be uploaded for a file or attached as a picture. If you prefer you can simply type the prescription powers into the text box provided.
    2. We require a PD measurement, which is the distance between pupils. For a more detailed explanation follow this LINK
    3. Please note prescription lenses are not cancelable or refundable as stated in our terms and conditions.

    There are a number of ways to provide your eye test results. (1) If you are using a mobile you can take a picture with your phone and upload it with your order. (2) You can attach your eye test from a file and upload, or you can (3) type in your details in the next text box.

    Pupil Distance Pupil Distance

    To get you the best possible vision we need to know how far your eyes are apart in mm.

    If you have high prescription powers or normally have your lenses thinned down you will require high index lenses. High index lenses compensate for high prescriptions and provide a more natural vision and are thinner and lighter. Prescriptions with powers great than + or -6 Sph. with an opposite Cyl to + or - 2 should tick the box above. If your prescription is higher than + or - 8 then you should email a copy of the prescription and we will offer further advice.

Extra dark lenses for photophobia sufferers

People who suffer from migraine headaches or are naturally sensitive to light. Can get relief using specialist eyewear that simulates a darkened room. These extra dark lenses and specially designed frame-blocks light from all angles other than light passing through the lenses.

Normal sunglasses have an LVT of around 20%, these lenses have an LVT of 5%. The extra dark lenses make this frame unsuitable for use when driving or operating any form of machinery.

This frame feature:

  • Brow block (blocks light entering above the frame)
  • Side outs: wide light-blocking side arms
  • Lenses are Cat 4 5% LVT Grey
  • Includes protective case
